King Christian X was king 1912-47. Queen Alexandrine died 1952. The photo is from Roskilde Cathedral.
My parents visited the Roskilde Cathedral when they did an Elderhostel bike trip in Denmark several years ago. I still remember them telling how beautiful the Roskilde cathedral is!
My late wife loved King Christian because of his bravery during WWII. She, nor I, have any relationship to Denmark. We just love good people.
