Sunday Traffic in Roskilde
The snow has caused many traffic problems in Roskilde. The cars could not move. Last sunday it was not the snow causing the problems, but the first day of the “on sale” of many of the things not sold before Christmas. Too many cars were on their way to the modern cathedral called Ro’s Torv. There were also too many people inside the shoppingscenter, which is the large building seen far away at the photo.
Roskilde Railway Station
The first railway in Denmark was established 1847 between Copenhagen and Roskilde.
A Yellow Cab
As you see, Roskilde have at least one yellow taxi. I the background are the Roskilde jars.
Driving the fire-engine
Today it was possible for children in Roskilde to get a feeling of being a fire-engine-driver.

Someone may have thought the train at Gadstrup station today was too grey.
Slow down
At a distance of 200 meters near Gadstrup School, the driving speed is 30 km/h at some times. Of course it is when the chrildren are going to and from school, but sometimes the system think they are there, but none are to be seen. It is a good idea to signal care. The tendency to drive too fast is wellknown in Denmark (too).
