December 2011 Theme Day: Action Shot
Some time ago I was visiting Staunings Ø with my grandchildren. They had some bread for the birds. There was many fights to get bread as can be seen. This is an action shot – and there are lots of action to be seen in the slideshow below. Use large screen.

Red is todays theme
As you see, I have written RED with green color. This is a kind of contraditory communication without internal consistency. Do you percieve the letters first? Or the color?
To solve the problem you have to make a socalled negative afterimage. If you don’t know how to do, please take a white paper, write x at it, then fixate exactly the center of E keeping a steady gaze for 30 seconds and shift fixation quickly to the x at the white paper which should be placed in good light.
Now RED should be red – and that is the theme of the day.
The Tenin Technique
Today it is 5 years ago Eric Tenin posted his first photo to his Paris Daily Photo Blog – since he has posted a photo every day. The five years are celebrated by bloggers in the City Daily Photo Community by imitating one of Erics techniques.
I have not done it much – here is a photo taken earlier today. It is a pile of 1.5 m snow (or black snow) seen from an ants’ perspective.
Passageway
Every december I write a Christmasletter called “The Year in Gadstrup and environs”. Sometimes the environs is a country far away.
This months themeday is Passageway and I use – too selfcentered, you may think – the same “globalised” idea and my photo is showing a passageway in St. Paul de Vence, Provence.
