No no … not ALL over the world. Here in Australia we are not given to mass plantings of tullips in public gardens. Increasingly our public gardens are being given over to native plantings that are economical with their use of water. In Paris recently, I was overwhelmed with the mass plantings of tulips. Their beauty was immeasurable.

Such beautiful, red tulips! We had tulips in the backyard but the rabbits eat them up before the blooms come one~!
