This year we have a long – unusual long – period with frost day and night. There is of course much ice, also at Roskilde Fjord. Some people enjoy sailing iceboats, but not when I was there. Here is one parked iceboat.

How solid is that ice…looks like a couple of melting spots out there…
Me, I have had enough cold to last me forever, but this picture is so nicely composed and I love that splash of red in there.
Thank you for the comments – I think Hans the driver is at work. There was some skaters far away the day is was there. The ice is solid, we have had -degrees since before christmas. At some lakes, I have heard, the ice is 20 cm. Cold enough – me too, yes.
There is such a thing as iceboats?? Little did I know. Cool!
